호피홉 Hoppy Hope Honey Wine
Made from Namyangju wildflower honey sourced from a water-preservation zone surrounded by Bukhan and Han River. Refined brown sugar is co-fermented with the honey, and two different yeast strains are blended to build layers of flavour. During brewing, a dry-hopping method is used where three varieties of pre-processed pellet hops are added then by cold-aged.
The result is a bouquet of fresh, fragrant hops drifting over gentle honeyed sweetness, with refined sugar depth and a lively, grape-like acidity that keeps each sip bright and refreshing. The finish is long and aromatic, with a lingering hoppy fragrance that feels both calming and quietly uplifting.
True to its name, Hoppy Hope is designed to taste like a moment of optimism in a glass—evoking the sense of standing in a field of flowers or a cool, green forest, where freshness, subtle sweetness, and a buoyant, lingering afterglow naturally bring a smile, whether shared with friends or savoured alone.
