We offer delivery only within Singapore main Island.

Preferred Delivery Date
We deliver wines from Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays. Orders received before 12:00pm will be processed and shipped within next 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received after 12:00pm will be processed the following working day.

Customers can select their preferred delivery date on the cart page. Delivery timing is typically between 10am and 6pm.

Delivery Fees
A standard delivery fee applies per shipping address within Singapore for orders up to $300. Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to the shipping fees unless otherwise stated. The Bottle Story Pte Ltd reserves the right to revise the shipping fees any time at its discretion.

​​Tracking and Delivery Method
We use both in-house delivery and third-party courier services for all orders. Please note that order tracking is not available at this time. To ensure smooth delivery, it is recommended to select your preferred delivery date on the cart page.
You can indicate if you prefer to leave the package at the doorstep or to receive the package in person. Please note that for orders to be received in person, our driver will contact you before arrival and you need be available to receive the package. Any rescheduling of delivery is subject to available date and time slots. A fee of $30 will apply if a delivery rescheduling is necessary while the driver is en route, or in the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
All wine shipments received in person must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is an adult over 18 years old available to receive the delivery at the designated address.

Delivery Issues and Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is incorrect or items are damaged, contact us immediately by filing a request form on our Return & Refund page here, so we can address the issue promptly.

Special Instructions and Custom Requests
If you have any additional requests or special instructions, please include them in the remarks section on the cart page. Common requests may include specific delivery instructions or adding a gift card with a personalized message. Please note that while we will make every effort to meet these requests, certain requests may not be possible due to availability.
