Please inspect your order upon receipt your package and contact us as soon as possible if the item is a wrong item, defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You may return and exchange your ordered item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of purchase for any of the following reasons:

• Wrong or missing item(s) in the package;

• Broken or defective item(s) in the package;

• Incorrect quantity delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you have received it;

• Unopen or unused with seals intact;

• In its original packaging.

Please provide the pictures (of the issue), relevant information and proof of purchase for any requests for return and/or exchange. Requests received will be subject to evaluation by our staff. After you have provided the required information for return or exchange, we will revert to you within fourteen (14) business days on the acceptance. 

Once approved, we will contact you to provide instructions on the return/exchange process. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable. Requests for exchanges after 14 calendar days of receiving your item are not acceptable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, such as custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards. For questions about specific items, please contact us at info@thebottlestory.sg.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within fifteen (15) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
